If you were unable to install Vichatter client automatically you need to download and install Adobe Air on your computer. After Adobe Air is installed, you need to download the latest version of Vichatter application here http://vichatter.net/apps/ and install it.
It is mostly possible that you are using Google Chrome browser, version 21 or higher. Starting from that version Chrome automatically turns on PPAPI-flash that causes troubles with video chat usage.
We recommend you to turn off PPAPI-flash. To do so you need:

1. In URL bar type in about: plugins and press Enter
2. On the top in the right hand corner of the page turn on detailed information display
3. Find Flash-plugins and turn off PPAPI-version (not NPAPI, do not turn this one off) and restart the browser
1. Make sure you are using new version of your browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer)
2. Make sure that time and date on your computer is set correctly.
3. Update your Adobe Flash Player from here
4.Clean your browser cache and cookies and reload page.
his might happen if your web camera is not correctly connected with your computer or is not selected as the main camera in the video chat. If you are sure that your web camera is plugged in correctly but you still cannot start broadcasting try to do the following:

1. Below on the left hand side of the page in video chat click Menu button and choose Preferences (Settings).
2. In the drop-down list select Camera. After that, you will see the window where you can select cameras.
3. Select the preferred camera from the drop-down list, tick the box ‘Save selected’, and click ‘Send’.
4. After that in the Preferences menu click ‘Save’ and close the window and try to start your broadcast.

If Vichatter client stopped updating automatically, you need to uninstall the previous version of the client from your system and download the new one, which is available here, www.vichatter.com/apps/
1. Make sure that you have the latest version of existing browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer installed on your computer.
2. Make sure that the date and time on your computer are correct.
3. Update Adobe Flash Player here
4. Clean browser cache and cookies according to this instruction
